Leadership
Keith Drucker
As Managing Director of ARX Wireless, Keith Drucker’s mission is to simplify and improve the tower infrastructure process for carriers.
Drucker has been working in the wireless industry since 1997, serving as a key executive at several industry-leading tower infrastructure companies. His expertise in helping tower companies build scalable development, complete complex acquisitions, and successfully lease operational platforms for wireless tower sites has resulted in the development, construction and acquisition of nearly 20,000 wireless tower facilities worth over $2.5B.
Before joining ARX, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Landmark Dividend LLC. Drucker also served as Business Development Manager of TowerCo LLC and as Senior Vice President of Operations of Wireless Capital Partners, a private company focused on the acquisitions of cell site ground leases.
While working as Vice President of Corporate Development and Operations for Global Signal, Inc., Drucker managed the acquisition and integration of nearly 8,000 tower assets. He’s also held senior positions at SpectraSite Communications, Inc. (now American Tower) and SBA Communications, Inc. – and most recently worked as a consultant to investors needing guidance on investment and capital deployment.
Mr. Drucker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Bentley University.
Keith Coppins
As Managing Director of ARX Wireless, Keith Coppins brings a wealth of knowledge about building valued carrier relationships and efficiently developing wireless infrastructure in diverse areas – no matter how challenging the project.
Coppins has been working in the wireless industry since 1994, serving in key development and management executive positions for a number of leading tower infrastructure companies. His skill in developing and overseeing wireless telecommunications sites was instrumental in helping companies explore new tower and infrastructure solutions for their wireless carrier clients.
Before joining ARX, he served as the President and Partner of Phoenix Partnership LLC, where he developed new wireless telecommunication sites in diverse geographical areas and regulatory landscapes across the U.S.
While working as Vice President of Development and Operations for Optasite, Inc., Coppins successfully developed critical wireless sites across the Northeast while managing a team of consultants for T-Mobile. He’s also held executive development and management positions at American Tower Corporation.
Mr. Coppins attended the College of Charleston.
Matt Barnes
As Director of Finance and Operations for ARX Wireless, Matt Barnes brings a dynamic and proven background as a corporate finance leader to oversee the financial, transactional, operational, and accounting needs of the company.
Prior to joining ARX, Mr. Barnes was a key member of the investment team at Kalnin Ventures (now BKV Corporation), a $1.7B energy and infrastructure private equity fund in Denver, CO.
Previously, Barnes led the Corporate Development group at Eureka Midstream in Houston, a Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners portfolio company, until its successful sale to EQM Midstream Partners. Barnes began his career as a strategy consultant at Trenegy, a boutique consulting firm serving the energy, manufacturing and distribution industries.
Mr. Barnes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and an International Finance Certificate from the London School of Economics.
